Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company has planned to seek delisting and
merger with Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company at its annual shareholder
meeting to be held tomorrow.
Ten Vietnamese enterprises have been included in Forbes Asia''s list of
200 Best Under a Billion (dollars) of small to medium sized companies
this year.
